You Are The Fire’s mission is to offer workshops for artists and creatives that cultivate positive habits and self-realization, serving as a dedicated mental health speaker for schools and a motivational speaker for creative students. By using storytelling to build student confidence and exploring the power of rap and spoken word in education, these workshops for fostering positive learning environments address the unique mental health challenges faced by creative students. We focus on building connections with creative students through grounding practices that reinforce overall wellness, encouraging them to remember they are the light and to honor their inner flame. By instilling peace and breathing deeply through the dance of life, artists are reminded to live to the fullest and savor the journey of becoming the best version of themselves and their creativity.

This workbook reflects my journey of self-discovery—learning my worth, style, and purpose through creativity and resilience. Along the way, I discovered that my greatest passion is inspiring others.

By creating new habits and restoring energy through breathwork and meditation, I continue to grow into a stronger version of myself while guiding others to do the same. Through the practices and reflections in these pages, my mission is to share the transformative power of creativity, mindfulness, and connection, offering tools that help you spark inspiration, build resilience, and embrace your own path with clarity and confidence.

This single project reinforced that believing in oneself sparks movements. The internal fire propels us towards dreams and goals and that was how the company was born and birthed the slogan, “You Are The Fire”. It's a reminder that, like the ebb and flow of life, happiness requires balance. Tam chooses positivity and consistency in thoughts and actions. This way, they can lead a lively existence.

Nurturing the mind, body, and soul through daily practices, Tam found the rhythm of a fulfilled life. Live To Inspire embraces the power of small movements: walking, stretching, yoga, and meditation. This way, one can strengthen not only their body, but also their mind. It is in these moments that one can live to the fullest and savor the journey of becoming the best version of oneself.
